The New Skeet Reese Series Rods are made from a new process and blend of materials that results in a thinner diameter blank that weighs less than conventional blanks without sacrificing durability.



The Tessera Rods are constructed using exclusive S-Curve Technology, which combines T-Glass with high density graphite at the core of the blank. Carbon yam, PBO fiber and glass fibers are woven into a combination of T-Glass and high density graphite for a super strong blank with increased compression resistance. Carbon tape and high density graphite are used for wrapping to eliminate cracks and increased strength. The Tri-Gressive S-Glass Model uses a combination of three separate layers of connective fibers; each laid directionally apposed and bonded; using an environmentally friendly, hydantoin resin.

The result is a glass rod that is 25% stronger than fiberglass, features a rebound rate that approached high modulus graphite blanks and is incredibly light!
