ShippingMost items ship the same day or the next day. Other items will ship according to time frame given at time of order. Some orders may ship in multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra for this. Free shipping applies only to 48 contiguous US States. Free shiping orders will ship either UPS ground, USPS of FedEx ground at our discretion. In the event an item is backordered you will be notified via email of estimated ship date and may accept order or cancel order. If we do not have an estimated ship date your order will be cancelled.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and non-defective merchandise must be resalable as new. Your credit card will be refunded less any shipping charges.(Free shipping items that are returned will be charged actual shipping cost that we incurred) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns of non defective merchandise after 14 days. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 14 days. Items purchased in November and December have 14 days after Christmas. Please contact us for manufacturer return information. Please notify us immediateley upon receiving damaged merchandise.
Out-of Stock Products & Expedited ShippingWe make every attempt to keep up with stock on our site, however some of our items are shipped from the manufacturers and inventory on those items is not kept in real time. If you need an item expedited you should call us first for availability. Expedited rates for oversized items will be calculated & you will be notiified of additional charges before shipping. items with expedited shipping will not always ship same day. Check estimated time of shipping on each item or call us.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

Shipping to Canada: We will now ship many small items(including lures, line, glue, etc) to Canada using USPS first class mail. Choose either First class mail to Canada less than 1 lb or First Class mail to Canada 1-3 lb at checkout.
