Shipping Information:

Most items ship within 1-2 days. Other items will ship according to time frame given at time of order. Some orders may ship in multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra for this. We ship to US & Canada only. Free shipping on orders over 200.00 applies only to 48 contiguous US States. Free shiping orders will ship either UPS ground, USPS of FedEx ground. In the event an item is backordered you will be notified via email of estimated ship date and may accept order or cancel order. Oversized rods may be charged an additional 6.00 per order( not per rod in US).As we ship from multiple warehouses, we reserve the right to change shipping method. We may use fedex ground instead of UPS ground or priority mail. You will not be charged any additional fees. An email will be sent with tracking numbers. Additional charges may be added to oversized items(coolers, nets,etc). You will be notified of additional costs in excess of the 6.00 charge for rods. For expedited shipping please call to check availability, as all items may not be available for immediate shipping. Canadian customers will be notified of additional charges for oversized items including rods.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and non-defective merchandise must be resalable as new. Returns of nondefective merchandise before 14 days from the invoice date are subject to 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns of non defective merchandise after 14 days. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 14 days. Please contact us for manufacturer return information. Please notify us immediateley upon receiving damaged merchandise
