A set of micro guides weighs 85% less than a set of conventional guides to make a substantial reduction in weight in the tip section of the rod without sacrificing any strength or durability. Less weight on the rod means less stress on the anglers with shoulder, elbow, or wrist pains, not to mention greatly improving the feel and balance of the rod. Castaway's Micro Guides are sized large enough for the passage of knots, but are still small enough for increased casting distances and sensitivity.

Guides are Fuji K Series Alconite micro guides. Features new improved Skeleton double exposed reel seat that fits tight on all reels and XP3 multi modulus blanks that are strong and sensitive.
